World of Quest to Air on Kids WB! in March

After four and a half years in development, The World of Quest, which first appeared as a web comic on Komikwerks.com, is set to premiere as an animated series on March 15th at 10:30 on Kid's WB!

Our sincerest congratulations go out to the creator, writer and artist, our buddy Jason Kruse. Well done, sir!

A a brief history of the World of Quest:
- Jason created the concept years ago in college
- In 2001, he brought it by the Komikwerks booth at San Diego Comic-Con, with about 10 pages pencilled
- The following years after, he had more and more pencilled, including the short story "Prison Break" which ran on Komikwerks about 5 years ago.
- The week after the short story ran on Komikwerks, it was optioned by Cartoon Network
- Jason published the first volume of Quest stories through Komikwerks in 2005, and distributed the trade paperback through comic shops across the country
- In 2006, Jason signed a deal with Yen Press, a division of Hechette, to publish and distribute The World of Quest trade paperback around the world
- After many design changes and script rewrites to the animated show, the show is finally ready to rock!
- Jason is putting the final touches on the second edition of The World of Quest graphic novels
