Synopsis:
Cardinal was raised from birth to be an ambassador of good in the fight against evil; a living weapon trained in the ancient ways. When his parent's plane crashed in a remote mountain area in the orient, Cardinal was the only survivor. He would have died as well if the monks that found them had not taken him in and raised him within the walls of the hidden city known as Xi Chang. Not knowing his first name the monks named him Cardinal and kept the name Conners since it was the only name they found in the wreckage. Believing him to be the child of a prophecy they chose him as the emissary who would one day travel back to his homeland to defeat the enemy who threatens all life.
