Synopsis:
In Center City Philadelphia crime has risen at a rampant pace. For Detective Malik Owen the crime has hit too close to home and makes him recruit the superhero team The Trio to try and work the system where he can't. For Brick, Quik, and Firestarter, being the new kids on the block also means that while they are there to fight crime, being a superhero might not be all it's cracked up to be. With a string of murders and vampires afoot, Detective Owen and The Trio prepare to face the worst menace they've ever seen...
